Family Game Night

We devote our Friday nights to pizza and games. It has become a family tradition that the boys just love. As Alec gets older it becomes easier to find games that he can do. I'm extremely thankful for this because most of last year the game of choice was Hungry, Hungry Hippos. Frankly... I believe that particular game needs to get "lost" this year. Last night were were able to play Connect Four and a pre-school age version of Uno. It was fun!

Looks like yall enjoy doing silly pictures as much as we do. Connect Four...I need to remember that game to add to our collection.

Love the new blog layout and the pic of all your boys! So cute! Our new favorite family game is Boggle. Derek's old enough he can get some good words. Austin writes all the letters he sees. Lots of fun and educational, too!

So eventually my children will want to play something besides "doctor" and "store"? I eagerly anticipate that day. Right now our only real game is "Elefun," which is OK but doesn't hold a candle to Connect 4!

Blessings,
Robin

Your kids are so cute! I am going to enjoy keeping up with you guys. What is your book about?

Good F words

Hey! Not all F words are bad. The best words in the world are family, fun, food, and fabulous! I'm challenging myself to expand my own appreciation of the fabulous F words out there. I'm starting a list of words that I'll eventually write about. Let me know if you think of another fun one.
